With the release of Asparagin, we've put together some special feature cocktails this weekend! 🍸
This year's batch is a little different than last year's, boasting forward lemon peel notes and a distinct asparagus finish. To complement these flavors, we've cooked up some fun features:
~ The Salty Spittoon: Features Asparagin, lime and cucumber juice, dill and basil syrup, and a savory salt, pepper, and Parmesan rim. Think of it as our Isengard, but with an Asparagin twist!
~ You Don't Win Friends With Salad: Made with Asparagin, tomato water, bianco vermouth, and pickling brine, finished with a pearl onion and lemon peel garnish. A salad we can all truly get behind.
~ Mears to Chicago: Features Asparagin, an olive oil simple syrup, fresh lemon, and a black pepper tincture, topped with club soda and garnished with pickled ramps.
~ Fields and Trails: A clean, savory blend of Asparagin, dry vermouth, and a splash of our pickled ramp brine, topped with a pickled ramp float.
They are savory, they are unique, and they absolutely need to be tried!
