Cute vegan lemon loaf by our friends at Lil Pup Bake Haus
I unfortunately got pretty sick on Monday and am starting to recover yesterday. I'm negative for COVID but still being cautious.
Few updates
-oct schedule is coming out later this week, a lot of my free time has been dedicated to helping Nathan start their bakery/ collaborating on them with recipes & finishing up my coffee recipe book.
For those of you that don't know Lil Pup Bake Haus is a q***r owned bakery pop up that focuses on vegan and soon gluten free stuff. (For now just vegan until we get a seperate kitchen space to avoid gluten free friendly vs celiac friendly)
If anyone has a allergy concerns please ask one of our baristas or me whenever lilpup does a pop up.
Nathan has a background in European/ dutch & German baking & break making, I'm helping out a lil since I have a pastry background in more French & Japanese style baking.

We're pretty disappointed at some opinions of using generative ai.
We would personally not want to support something that funds hurt towards our community or hurts our neighbors & local lakes.
I'm a guardian for my mother who has dementia outside of this, I run lotus & I'm helping Nathan with their bakery.
Yes I'm busy but we still make time for social media/ advertising our free groups, new pastry, and other fun stuff.
Saying you're "too busy" is a pretty pathetic excuse & a slap in the face to our diverse artist community.
We were told some of the old text we used was widely used on ai posters so we switched over.
I'm working on sai paint & doing our own graphics for now while working with Alix Holly who designed our logo & sells at our shop.
If we have a new event or want to bring someone in we'd love to reach out to our artist community & commission them.
We'll be open Thursday
For now I need to rest :(
