It’s Negroni Week at Allora.

In celebration of one of Italy’s most enduring cocktails, our bar has created three distinct expressions: the barrel-aged Classico, the cocoa- and coconut-layered Buccia Amara and the rye-forward Viale.

Bold, bitter and composed with intention, each offers a different way to experience the Negroni.

Allora is also joining participating bars and restaurants around the world in supporting Slow Food and its work toward a more sustainable and equitable food and beverage community.
