The Heritage is a lab classroom for the culinary students enrolled at the Secchia Institute of Culinary Education. Hours for lunch and dinner are as follows:

Lunch - 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. (Monday-Thursday)
*Dinner reservations must be made between 6:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. The restaurant is open for service between 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Our Story

The Heritage Restaurant is a laboratory classroom for the culinary students enrolled at the Secchia Institute of Culinary Education. The restaurant is located within the Wisner-Bottrall building at Grand Rapids Community College. Students in Front-of-the-House and Food Production courses work together to create the food and serve guests in the restaurant. Students from the Craft Brewing Program create all of the beers on draft. Hours for lunch and dinner are as follows: Lunch - 11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m. (Tuesday-Thursday) Dinner - 5:30-7:00 p.m. (Tuesday-Thursday) *Dinner reservations must be made between 5:30-7:00pm. The restaurant is open for service between 5:30-9:00pm. The Heritage is open during the academic school year. Please check our website for current dates. www.grcc.edu/heritage
