La Rotisserie is proud to announce that we just recently sold our first franchise!!!! We were able to pick up the trailer today from our builder and can start our modifications. Julien Wittig Spiteri Michael Brent

Special shout out to the amazing Nathalie Spiteri, without her none of this would have even been possible.

Thank you everyone who came out and supported us in our second food truck Friday event!!! We see you!

We doubled our prep from the first sold out event and SOLD OUT again an hour before the event was scheduled to end!! I guess we will just have to go even harder next time!
