Meet Pam! Our cookie bagging, box-making extraordinaire, and someone we are so grateful to have as part of the Dragonfly Coffee family.

Pam brings so much more than her hard work. She brings her sweet spirit, great conversations, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever she’s needed.

From carefully bagging cookies to putting together boxes and all the little behind-the-scenes details that help keep things moving, Pam does it all with such a joyful heart. We’re so thankful for you, Pam, and for all the time, care, and hard work you pour into Dragonfly. You truly make a difference!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and we’re excited to celebrate by sharing the stories and possibilities that make inclusive employment so important.

Our very own Sonia Lindgaard will be speaking at Talent Without Limits: The Value of Inclusive Employment, where she’ll share local employment success stories and talk about the incredible impact that inclusive hiring can have on individuals, businesses, and our community.

For our clients, families, staff, employers, and supporters, this is a great opportunity to come together and celebrate the many talents, skills, and contributions of people with disabilities, while learning more about what’s possible when we create opportunities for everyone.

RSVP by October 2:

A special thank you to Fairview Grand Itasca for sponsoring this luncheon!

We’d love to see you there as we celebrate Talent Without Limits and the power of inclusive employment in our community.

One of El’s favorite things to do at Dragonfly is BAKE! Seriously… every time we pop into the back, she’s always whipping up some kind of sweet treat! From delicious goodies to new creations, El keeps our kitchen smelling AMAZING.

And today’s treat? Chocolate chip cookies! 🍪

We’re pretty lucky to have someone who loves baking as much as El does! Stop by Dragonfly and see what sweet treat she’s been working on!

A good team makes every day better! 🤍

We’re so grateful for the amazing people who make up our team. Each person brings their own personality, talents, ideas, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever they’re needed. It’s the teamwork, the laughs, the busy days, and all the little moments in between that make Dragonfly such a special place to work. We truly are lucky to have the team we do!
