BEAVER NATION… we have an update!
From April 2025 through October 2, 2025, the owners of the Drunken Beaver invested their time, energy, heart, and significant personal funds into transforming a long-vacant building in Easton, Wisconsin into a place where the community could gather, connect, and create memories.
Under the lease-to-own agreement, the property owners were responsible for the costs of bringing the building up to code. Based on verbal agreements and a shared understanding that those obligations would be honored, the owners of the Drunken Beaver invested more than $25,000 in improvements necessary to open the business on October 3, 2025. Unfortunately, those verbal agreements were not honored, and the court has ruled that the Drunken Beaver be evicted from the property.
While that decision is disappointing, the fight is not over. Our attorneys continue to work diligently to bring resolution and closure to this matter, and we remain committed to pursuing every available option.
Throughout this process, the support we have received from our customers, friends, and the community has been overwhelming. The messages, phone calls, visits, and words of encouragement have meant more than we can express. For that, we are incredibly grateful.
For now, the Drunken Beaver remains open, and we look forward to continuing to serve the community that has stood beside us every step of the way. We appreciate your business, your support, and your belief in what we’ve built here together.
