It’s one of Randy’s personal favorites! Marbled rye bread toasted perfectly crisp, we layer it with tender corn beef, melted Swiss cheese and tangy sauerkraut. We bring it all together with 1000 island dressing for a classic taste that hits just right.

This is a thank you letter sent to Randy’s Southside Diner from the Salvation Army. We prepared 300 pounds of potatoes for their Thanksgiving meal at our Clifton location. Thank you, to the Salvation Army, for all of the good things that they do in our community. And thank you to our amazing employees and our loyal customers for their support.
