✨💞Downtown Farmers Market welcomes Kendra with Serendipity Designs to the market!

•Serendipity (noun) : the gift some people have in finding or creating interesting or valuable things by chance accidental discovery of something pleasant or valuable •Design (verb) : to plan and fashion artistically or skillfully

"Combining these two words together is the best way to describe what I create & craft! ✨ I have always had an eye for finding the beauty in the mundane and/or repurposing something old into something new & different. ♻️

I have been crafting & creating art since I was a child, leading me to pursue a college degree in the Fine Arts. 🎨

My creations are always changing or evolving as I serendipitously stumble upon new ideas or find items that I want to recreate putting my own spin on them! ✨

My hope is that anyone that stumbles upon my booth will find their own form of ‘Serendipity’ in my designs!!"💕

Downtown Farmers Market is thrilled to welcome Cookies & Crochet by Christi!

And seriously… COOKIES + CROCHET?! Is there a more fun combo? One keeps your hands busy while the other keeps your sweet tooth VERY happy!

Christi taught herself to crochet during Covid, and with a little encouragement from family & friends, she began sharing her handmade creations. Last year, she decided to add cookies to the mix!

Her specialty? Jumbo gourmet “bougie” cookies! These are NOT your basic cookies. Some are stuffed, while others are loaded with over-the-top mix-ins and deliciously fun flavors. 🍪

Whether you’re looking for something handmade, something sweet, or you’re the type who says “I’ll take one of each!”... you’ll definitely want to stop by & see what Christi has to offer.

🍉🍈🎃Watermelons & Cantaloupes & Pumpkins, OH MY!! The plaza will be stocked with fresh produce plus baked treats, coffee, handmade treasures, local honey & beef, and so much more. There will be much to discover! And Downtown Farmers Market continues to have clean, comfortable bathrooms (thanks again to BTS Communications!)🚻

🎶 🧡 Downtown Farmers Market is also very excited to welcome father-daughter duo, Lost & Found, to the market! Come and enjoy Brad and Megan’s storytelling and heartfelt harmonies all market long!

🎶❤️ Downtown Farmers Market is so excited to welcome and introduce father-daughter duo, Lost & Found to the market! Their story is rooted in family, music, and a shared heart for worship.

For Brad and Megan, music has always been more than just something they do - it is woven into their lives.

🎸 Brad has been playing guitar since 1982 & serving on worship teams since 1992. He’s also played slide guitar & lap steel since 2005. Brad had also written songs as long as he can remember (he wrote his first song in Kindergarten!).

🎤 Megan began singing publicly at just 5 or 6 years old & has continued making music ever since. She studied musical theatre in college & spent several years performing throughout the country and western hemisphere before returning home to Grand Island. Today, Megan shares her gift by teaching voice & serving at her church through leading worship.

Brad and Megan have sung & played together many times - they’re excited to continue doing so for years to come. Under the name Lost & Found, they hope their music will be a reflection of the gifts they’ve been given and, most importantly, a way to glorify God through the music they love.

Downtown Farmers Market is honored to warmly welcome Brad & Megan to the market! Be sure to linger (or bring a chair!) to listen & be blessed by the talents of Lost & Found ❤️ 🎶

 What started as a high school FFA project has blossomed into a lovely small business for Columbus native Bella Stromberg - she is one of the sweetest young entrepreneurs you’ll meet! 🧡

We are so excited to have Bella joining us again amid her busy college schedule as she studies Agribusiness at CCC-Columbus🌾 Come support Bella, shop all things local, and bring a little Nebraska-grown fall goodness home with you! 🎃✨
