Yes folks it’s time for another member spotlight . This week we have Petey . Also this Friday we are doing something different. Coast guard fest is happening, catch us downtown, say hi and return to the clubhouse at 1 am to keep the party going .

Petey believes great barbecue isn’t just a meal—it’s a way of bringing people together. Friends joke that he can smell the difference between oak and hickory smoke from a mile away, and he’s never met a brisket he couldn’t turn into a masterpiece with enough patience and a cold drink in hand. Whether he’s tending the smoker before sunrise, perfecting his secret dry rub, or insisting that “low and slow” is the answer to almost every problem in life, Petey pours his heart into every cook. Around the pit, he’s equal parts pitmaster, storyteller, and comedian, serving up generous portions of smoked meat, bad dad jokes, and unforgettable memories. To Petey, the best compliment isn’t winning a barbecue trophy—it’s watching friends go back for seconds with sauce on their faces and smiles that say it all.

Time for another Iron Coffin member spotlight . This week we have Chopper . Catch him tonight with Drifter .

Time for a member spotlight . Have you met Sloth ?

The Legend of Sloth

Most people meet Sloth before they ever learn his name. They notice the calm smile, the tailored black suit, and the fact that he never seems to be in a hurry

Sloth grew up in a small backwoods town where patience was considered a survival skill. While everyone else rushed through life, he took his time, watching, listening, and remembering everything. By the time he was old enough to make his own way, he had earned a reputation as the guy who could settle an argument with a few quiet words and a raised eyebrow.

He eventually found himself behind the bar of an old biker clubhouse, where he became equal parts bartender, storyteller, and unofficial counselor.

Despite his laid-back personality, people understood there was another side to him. Around the clubhouse, his dry sense of humor became legendary. When someone asked why he moved so slowly, he’d grin and say,

“I’ve never been late a day in my life. Everyone else just gets there too early.”

If you happen to see him leaning against the bar with that unmistakable smile, do yourself a favor—pull up a stool, order a drink, and listen. You’ll probably leave with a good story…

…and maybe a little wiser than when you walked in.
