▪️Stuffed Pork Chop▪️

12 oz. marinated pork chop stuffed with a cheddar jalapeno sausage and cornbread stuffing. Pan seared and roasted, sliced into medallions, and finished with a wasabi honey glaze and a warm granny smith apple compote. Served alongside a dashi and charred corn risotto and sauteed broccolini, arugula and green beans.
