Boy, do we have a special for you today!

🍑It’s our Peach Bourbon Pulled Pork Sandwich with a side of potato salad!

Slow-roasted pulled pork on a soft, buttery house-made brioche bun and finished with our peach bourbon barbecue sauce and topped with house-pickled jalapeños. Served alongside our creamy, scratch-made potato salad!!

Julie made this for team meal a couple of weeks ago and we had to have it as a special! Great job Julie!

I know you can’t tell what’s happening here so I’ll tell you. This is our huge bread oven. It weighs a ton and is nearly impossible to clean under in the back. Laine’s our kitchen and bread Team Leader. She has about 12 people on her team that she could ask to do this but here she is, crawled under the oven to clean the very back. We truly have been blessed by our leadership team. They don’t manage, they lead. Huge difference.

I know it’s comical and we laughed when we saw her but it’s totally indicative of the environment. I can’t brag on them enough. 🙌🏻

What a team we have in the bakery! The creativity we have coming from them is on a whole different level! Their newest one is a Shakshuka brioche roll! It’s delicious!

They shape 700 croissant items a day! That’s 1008 pounds of croissant dough per week. And let’s not even talk about the many many pop tarts, cinnamon rolls, danish, cookies, muffins, and so much more that they were doing every single week! They’re an incredible team led by Executive Pastry Chef, Lily and her Sous Chef, Lloyd. Lily and Lloyd never ask for more than they are willing to give.

They’re hardworking, creative, kind and all have their own unique story! I’m so proud and thankful!! 👏🏻🙌🏻🫶🏼

We will be parked behind Ebby Halliday Realty and will be loaded with pastries from homemade poptarts to beautiful croissants and everything in between! Those dang cats!! I knew that had to be a trick! Our sandwiches are SO good!! If you don’t believe me come try for yourself! Tuna Melts, Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt, Southwest BLT, Roast Beef and Cheddar, Chicken Salad Croissant! And MORE!

What a counter!! Full of our tried and true favorites! Add to that we have our margarita Cruffin, bourbon peach danish, peach cobbler poptart, peach glazed croissant (which tastes like a cronut only baked!), and SO MUCH MORE!! Our doors open at 8:00 and we can’t wait to see you!
