I teamed up with Commissioner Jack Wilson to smoke some turkeys for Rancho Brazos so they can feed the needy through Christmas. These are the biggest turkeys I've ever smoked. Just about 30+ lbs each. Over 120 lbs of turkeys. Love helping out local charities.
