☀️ Summer is coming to an end at Café Margot!

Before we say goodbye to our summer menu, tell your barista you want one of these favorites:

🫐 Blueberry Bliss Latte — your choice of espresso or matcha for the perfect sweet summer pick-me-up.

🥥 Horchata Cold Brew — smooth, creamy, cinnamon-spiced, and refreshingly bold.

🍉 Nature’s Electrolytes — rhubarb, yuzu, ginger, sparkling water & salt. Refreshing, bright, and made to help you recharge on a hot summer day.

One last summer sip? 🌞 Stop in and grab yours before the menu changes!

Which one are you getting before it’s gone? 👇

Did you know - Cafe Margot runs on tachepistachiomilk now, too! Our favorite days are Baldor Specialty Foods delivery days. 🥰

My current go-to pistachio milk combo is a hot matcha latte with Tache and house made cardamom syrup.

Come try our favorite new alt milk at Cafe Margot.

🐔 Meet the Farmers: Campanelli Poultry Farm

One of the reasons we love what we do at Cafe Margot is knowing the people behind the ingredients we serve.

Meet Nick from Campanelli Poultry Farm in Kenoza Lake, Sullivan County — a third-generation poultry farmer who supplies us and the cafe with eggs and poultry.

Everything is processed weekly, with no antibiotics, clean feeding practices, and a real focus on quality from farm to table. No nonsense — just food we feel good about serving to you.

And a fun fact: Nick was actually named after a breed of turkey — Nicholas White! 🦃

Some of their favorite Cafe Margot menu items featuring Campanelli eggs and poultry:
🌯 Breakfast Burrito
🥪 Breakfast Sandwich
🍗 Chicken Cutlet
🫐 And pair it with a Blueberry Bliss Latte

You can also meet Nick and support Campanelli Poultry Farm Fridays at the Goshen Farmers Market from 9 AM–3 PM.

Nick and Vanessa, thank you for being part of the Cafe Margot family and for helping us keep our food connected to the farmers who grow and raise it. ❤️

House made savory granola (GF) with Greek yogurt, honey, and seasonal fruit.

This is where our story at the cafe began four years ago. Margot would point to this picture on our fridge of her eating this dish and say, “I wanna go there!” And we went every week after her gym classes at Kennett.

After four years of eating at the cafe with a toddler, and now first grader, I stand firmly that our menu has *many* items that are kid friendly AND wholesome.

Some of Margot’s favorites are the granola (still, after 4 years!), the loaded breakfast burrito, and scrambled eggs with bacon.

We’re excited to share a small change that’s making a big difference in our kitchen.

Our fryers are now using Zero Acre Farms seed oil-free organic fera fruit oil designed to create crisp, delicious food while producing less grease and less waste.

✅ Better crisp.
✅ Less grease.
✅ No seed oil.

Whether you’re ordering our fries, falafel wrap, chicken cutlet, or another fried favorite, we hope you’ll taste the difference.

Stop by the café and let us know what you think! 🍟☕️

Very grateful for the Ceremony Coffee Roasters team to come to the cafe and present a cupping workshop to our staff ☕🤎

We spent the day with the incredible team at Ceremony Coffee diving deeper into the craft behind every bag of beans.

From tasting single-origin coffees to learning the art of coffee cupping (the industry-standard way to evaluate coffee), we explored how origin, farming, processing, and roasting all shape what’s in your cup. One of the biggest takeaways? It takes the work of hundreds of people—around 500 hands—to bring a single bag of coffee from farm to café. 🌍

We also challenged ourselves to better identify the aromas and tasting notes in each coffee, giving us an even greater appreciation for the care and craftsmanship behind every sip.

And because no team-building day is complete without a little friendly competition… we wrapped things up with a latte art throwdown! 🥛✨

🥈 Congrats to Lara for taking second place.
🥇 And a big congratulations to Maggie for bringing home first!

A huge thank you to Ceremony Coffee Roasters for sharing your knowledge, passion, and love of coffee with our team. We can’t wait to put what we’ve learned into every cup we serve.

Barista Favorites Series ☕💜
Featuring: Kennedy!

If you’re not sure what to order, take it from the people making your drinks every day. Kennedy’s go-to is our Ube Matcha topped with blueberry cold foam—a creamy, earthy, and subtly sweet combination that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

If you’re looking to try something a little different, this might just become your new favorite too.
