A great burger starts long before it hits the grill.

The Farmers Burger was born from a simple idea: how can we make the most of every ingredient our farmers provide? After plenty of testing, we landed on a blend of brisket, chuck, and New York strip scraps from Fischer Farms, alongside ribeye and New York strip scraps from 3-D Valley Farm.

The burger is then pressed on the flattop for a crisp crust, finished with American cheese, burger sauce, and bacon jam, and topped with lettuce, tomato, and red onion from Forward Farms and Rootbounds Farms.

Served on a milk bun with seasoned fries, it’s simple, local, and a guest favorite for good reason.
