OPENS THURSDAY, AUGUST 20.
No soft opening.
No secret handshake.
No treasure hunt.
No practice round.
We’re just opening the damn doors. 😂

Come hungry. Come curious. Come as you are.
There will be gumbo.
There will be Po’ Boys.
There will be cornbread
There will undoubtedly be a little beautiful chaos.
And after this very, very long road…
there will finally be Gypsy Jane’s.

WELL… Y’ALL DID THIS. 🖤
When we announced that Gypsy Jane’s was finally opening her doors, we figured folks would wander in, grab a table, eat something ridiculous and we’d all have a nice visit 🩷
Apparently, 203 of you ( thats just within the last few hours ) had other plans.
We have 49 seats. 😂
So, in the interest of avoiding a small-scale Southern uprising in the parking lot, we WILL be taking reservations for our first few days.
This isn’t how we originally planned to open, but after seeing the incredible response, it feels like the fairest way to make sure everyone knows when they’ll have a seat waiting.
We’ll still be keeping things very Gypsy Jane’s — warm, a little unruly, and absolutely worth the wait.
