Yesterday, you showed up for Gypsy Jane’s in a way we could never have imagined—and by the end of the day, we had sold out of EVERYTHING.
Every cornbread square. Every bowl. Every bite.
Our tiny-but-mighty kitchen needs today to restock, regroup, and get the pots singing again, so Gypsy Jane’s will be CLOSED TODAY.
We are completely overwhelmed by the love you showed us on our first day. Thank you for your patience, your enthusiasm, and for putting some serious South in your mouths. 🖤

☆☆☆IMPORTANT UPDATE Please read ☆☆☆

WELL… Y’ALL DID THIS. 🖤
When we announced that Gypsy Jane’s was finally opening her doors Thursday August 20th, we figured folks would wander in, grab a table, eat something ridiculous and we’d all have a nice visit 🩷
Apparently, 203 of you ( thats just within the last few hours ) had other plans.
We have 49 seats. 😂
So, in the interest of avoiding a small-scale Southern uprising in the parking lot, we WILL be taking reservations for our first few days.
This isn’t how we originally planned to open, but after seeing the incredible response, it feels like the fairest way to make sure everyone knows when they’ll have a seat waiting.
We’ll still be keeping things very Gypsy Jane’s — warm, a little unruly, and absolutely worth the wait.

🖤The friend who showed up with cleaning supplies & elbow grease
🖤 ALL the mens and their tool belts
🖤The family member who painted walls.
🖤The vendor who believed in us.
🖤The guests who brought boxes of mismatched china & all manner of vintage wonders
🖤The people who never stopped cheering us on

To honor that, tiny gold plaques are being hidden throughout the restaurant… permanently honoring the people who helped bring this wild dream to life. ( and even before that )
Some are obvious.
Some are tucked away.
Some you may stumble across years from now.
So when you visit Gypsy Jane’s…
look closely.
