Location: Goodyear, AZ (mobile ice cream truck)
Schedule: Part-time; evenings, weekends, and occasional events

Position Summary
The Ice Cream Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving ice cream products, and supporting daily food truck operations. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
* Prepare and serve ice cream products accurately and efficiently
* Process cash and electronic payments
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and service area
* Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of inventory
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Obtain Food Handler license.
* Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times
Qualifications
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and outdoor events
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable transportation to and from scheduled locations
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
* Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required
Compensation
* $16 per hour
* Cash tips may be available based on customer transactions
Work Environment
* Outdoor and mobile food truck environment
* Exposure to varying weather conditions
