Chad and Alicia’s wedding. Pork belly burnt ends(5 hrs on cherry) then we have 3 13 pound pork butts(10hrs on cherry and s**g bark hickory), 55 pounds of chicken(4-6) hrs on cherry and s**g bark hickory)and then 57 lbs of beef ( this one about killed me 22hrs on hickory and then rested for 4 hrs).
