A little Monday recap from Smoke on the Ridge BBQ Competition 🔥

We’re still not sure where we landed in everything else, but we did manage to hear our name called for 5th Place Pork! 🏆

We’ll gladly take that one home with us! There’s a lot that goes into a competition weekend, and we’re thankful for every opportunity to fire up the smokers, put our food in front of judges, and continue learning and getting better.

As always, all glory to God for the talents He’s given me and the opportunity to chase this crazy BBQ dream. 🙏

A huge shoutout to my amazing wife for holding down the fort while I’m out here chasing BBQ dreams. I couldn’t do this without her support. ❤️
