Some memories are just too good not to share. 💛

This is Chef Cody with the one and only Dolly Parton, taken at her home when we had the good fortune of doing some catering for her.

What we remember most wasn’t the celebrity of it all — it was how incredibly gracious and down-to-earth she was. Our team was set up working in the garage, and Dolly simply came out, pulled up with us, and spent some time visiting like an old friend.

No fanfare. No fuss. Just Dolly being Dolly — warm, kind, funny, and making everyone around her feel completely at ease.

We’ve been fortunate to cater for a lot of wonderful people through the years, but this is one of those moments our team will always remember. ❤️

A note on parking: Parking is available on-site, but the main lot is limited. Additional parking will be available in the two open fields directly across from the Inn and Grand Hall. We recommend parking in the field beside the Grand Hall/Plaza first. When visiting the Inn, guests may move their vehicles to the field directly in front of the Inn.

Team Spotlight
Chris moved here from Vermont to help open a retail operation, and along the way, Nashville stole her heart. Eventually, that love for this community led her to the Chef’s Market family — and honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without her. From ringing you up with a smile to making your coffee just right to making sure our desserts look as good as they taste, Chris brings warmth to every single interaction.

When she’s not behind the counter, you’ll find her out soaking up nature, or being the proud mom to her daughter Ella. But ask Chris what matters most, and she’ll tell you without hesitation — her faith in Jesus.

So grateful Vermont’s loss became Nashville’s gain. We love you, Chris! 💛

We love a creekside lunch!🫶

When a client asks if you can serve a four-course lunch in a creek in the middle of the South, we say absolutely.

Table set. Water flowing. Four courses coming out. Shoes optional.

There’s something pretty special about gathering around a beautifully set table in a place this unexpected—and getting to create experiences like this is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

A little Southern, a little luxurious, and definitely not your average lunch.
