I have been cooking for guests who book the Big D Ranch Bunkhouse quite often. Please request a meal if you plan to book our bunkhouse.
We have several menus.
Filet Mignon; $20 /person
BBQ Brisket; $15 /person
Rib & Sausage; $15/person
Chicken $15 /person
All with 2 sides, bread and dessert.

We are also planning to start cooking 1 Sat. Per month. We sill send out a FB notice on Tues for commitment for a Sat night steak dinner on the hill -under the stars. Your choice Filet or Ribeye. We will cook for up to 12 couples.

On the hill at the Big D. For those who don't know where we are located, we are midway between Gonzales and Shiner on 90A, 6.5 miles from the Valero station and Sage bank. On the right and up the hill.
