Gonzales Bistro will be open this JULY 4th Weekend our usual hours. Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9pm and for Sunday brunch from 11am to 2pm.

Well. We can feel the summer coming.

Some newer menu items are a Lowcountry style pickled peaches over a delicate burrata cheese (a fresh mozzarella with soft curds), Chipotle - cranberry glazed bacon and baby lettuces.

We just got in amazing wild Alaskan moose featured in our mixed grill TRIO with Alaskan moose, char-grilled American wagyu tenderloin and Alaskan Moose cheddar/jalapeño sausage.

Also a fantastic Alaskan halibut with wild rice pilaf, vegetables and a fresh mango salsa.

Man we have some awesome specials...

Florida golden tilefish, super marbled 6 ounce American wagyu ribeye 'Oscar' with lump crabmeat, grilled asparagus and citrus hollandaise, Japanese sea bass (the mildest, flaky and buttery white fish ever)!

On top of that we are doing our normal brunch this Sunday for Father's day with some great specials that dad will love. Make your reservations sooner than later. we are already filling up most of the week!
