Introducing a new special! This is a Vegetarian Shoyu Ramen. For those that have been craving a vegetarian ramen but don’t want our thicker Veggie ramen broth, this is for you. The broth is made from celery, carrots, onion, garlic, and cabbage and we flavor it with a darker, mushroom and konbu soy-based sauce. It gets served with all the fixings of our regular veggie ramen. Served with Green and Red Onions, Cabbage, Corn, Broccolini, Fried Onion, and Thin Noodles

Fried Baby Octopus is Back! After a year of not having the baby octopus in stock, we’ve finally been able to get some again. Along with the fried baby octopus, we are adding Japanese-style croquettes. A soft and fluffy potato interior with a light, crispy, and crunchy exterior. Served with a bed of cabbage, carrot, red ginger, and Tonkatsu sauce

This is a couple of weeks late but wanted to post about this. Thanks to and their team, Nikka Ramen has won Best Goleta Restaurant and runner-up for Best Noodle Bar! Also wanted to share an announcement that we will not be serving sushi between 11/16-12/1. Chef Ryo will be on vacation. Lastly, here’s our manager rocking the Minnie Mouse costume on Halloween.

A little snippet of the Sushi Boat that our Sushi Chef Ryo made for his Omakase seating last night. This was from an Omakase seating of our highest tier for four people. You can call the restaurant to make reservations or if you have any questions.

Now on to the bad news. Starting Tuesday 8/19, we will be raising the prices of our items due to the tariffs and increasing food cost. We still strive to provide excellent food and quality service at an affordable price.

Now that the heat has officially come back to Santa Barbara, we are bringing back our COLD SHOYU RAMEN! It is a konbu broth so the broth itself is fully Vegan as well! Served with your choice of Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly, or Chicken as well as Green Onion, Bamboo Shoots, Sesame Seeds, Wasabi, and SB Craft Thick Noodles. A perfect complement to a hot summer day as it is light, refreshing, and cold.
