From day one this has been a labor of love for us. We have loved every minute of creating smiles through dishes and building relationships with each and every one of you over our food. But all good things must come to an end and that time is August 30th for Jonesy’s Fried Chicken. From the bottom of our hearts we want to say thank you all for your devoted loyalty, smiles and memories you have created with us. It’s time for the Jones family to begin their next journey, but JFC Goleta will always remain in our hearts 💕.

Looking for something refreshing in this heat????? WE GOT YOU COVERED. This week’s special is our Crispy Chicken Caesar Sandwich. Crispy buttermilk fried chicken breast, fresh romaine tossed in our housemate Caesar dressing crispy Parmesan bread crumbs and a lemon aioli on a soft French bun. Gluten-free has been a topic we have heard since day one. But gluten free is easier said than done. Between using gluten-free components and trying to ensure a gluten-free experience there are many hurdles we have to navigate. Although the dredge we have formulated and the bun we have sourced are 100% gluten free by nature, our kitchen environment is not. We will be frying the product in a dedicated fryer with no other direct gluten frying but cannot guarantee there will be zero cross contamination with flour in the air etc. Our “GLUTEN FRIENDLY” option is in the works currently but will take a minute to get the bulk components needed to accommodate the volume necessary for this restaurant. For those that are interested, we are looking at the possibility of selling gluten-free kits that can be air fried or fried at home to ensure 100% safety from cross contamination. We are hoping at sometime by the end of June this product will be ready for full-time production.
