My apologies to the gentleman in the middle of the bar tonight. He asked for his steak medium rare and I overcooked his 1st 2nd and 3rd steak. Don't think I've ever done that in my life, but I did it tonight. Definitely not my night. Going to do better tomorrow, that doesn't help him today though. Again..my apologies.
