UPDATED RESULTS…

For my personal journey, I chose to do just my Herbalife nutrition program, and making healthy choices, movement, consistency, and a whole lot of discipline.

And let me be clear: everybody’s journey is different. What works for me may not be what works for someone else, and there’s absolutely no judgment here.

At 49, my goal isn’t perfection. I simply want to walk into 50 stronger, healthier, more confident, and proud of how I took care of myself along the way.

I’ve had good days, hard days, setbacks, restarts, and days when motivation was nowhere to be found—but I kept showing up.

That’s what these results represent to me.

Not perfection.
Not comparison.
Just PROGRESS.

I’m doing this MY way, at MY pace, for MY body.

And I’m not finished yet.

50… I’m coming for you.

🍂🎁 ONLY 6 VENDOR SPOTS LEFT! 🎁🍂

Join us Saturday, October 24th | 10 AM–4 PM at All About You Nutrition for our upcoming seasonal shopping event!

We’re looking for vendors who truly put their heart and soul into their craft — handmade candles, soaps, baked goods, jewelry, seasonal décor, personalized gifts, crafts and more! 🕯️🧼🍪💍🎄

✨ We will NOT duplicate vendor tables. We want each vendor to have their own specialty, so you can showcase what makes YOUR craft unique!

If you create something people would love to give (or receive 😉) this upcoming holiday season, we’d love to have you!

📩 Message me with what you make and a few photos of your products.

Only 6 spots remaining — let’s get ready for the holidays! 🍁🛍️🎄
