We are gonna take some of Papas mole and do an Asian Chicken Mole Bowl.

Welcome back Mines students! Balance the books with some noodles every Thursday from 8pm to 10 pm. Give yourself a little reward for all your hard work!

✨Shrimp Potstickers
✨Chilled Tofu
✨Wagyu Egg rolls
✨Summer Soba Noodles
✨New Miso Ramen

Enjoy that last month of Summer!

Hey Golden.
We are looking to staff up for Summer. Sadly a lot of our School of Mines teammates are gone for the Summer. Seasonal help is okay and those looking for more permanent part time work are certainly welcome. Please go to our website and fill out the Join Our Team link in the footer of the home page.

Seems early in the year for this reminder but since we are having 70/80 degree days in March..... we do serve more than ramen. Come enjoy a bento, tuna tataki, chicken katsu or any of our non ramen favorites. Spring is certainly here.

Got a solid test run of our Restaurant Week Menu which starts tomorrow. Reminder we don't take reservations so possibly plan on a pit stop

Nosu is participating in Restaurant Week beginning March 6th. We are offering two courses and a beverage for $35. We will also be serving our regular menu so you can add your favorites to the mix.

Pro Tip. We are busiest from 5:30 to 7:30 so if you want to avoid a wait..... come a little later. Excited to share some new dishes for you to enjoy.

We have heard..... some people only want ramen when it's cold or rainy. Here is a menu item for neutral weather. Enjoy the Miso Salmon Bento anytime! It always hits!

We stand firmly against ICE and see what's happened in Minnesota as a constitutional crisis. We will not be participating in a general strike on January 30th- though we support the message. A general strike negatively impacts all small businesses and the individuals we are trying to protect. We commend the businesses that are making this stance and sacrifice but we will be open.
