Along with some slab bacon being precooked... Making some Italian and hot sausage this morning for the case.. Some beautiful Prime graded beef in the case this morning as well.. Stop in...

Good steamy Friday morning... Fresh cut prime beef in the case.. boneless chicken thighs for $3.29 a pound... Fresh ground chuck ready for the day.. Either a smash burger or take some home to cook up to yourself... Still running our street taco specials.. Smoked tri tip or chicken breasts for the protein choice .. Have a great day peeps 😉

Good Tuesday morning... So some know we get our breads from a bakery down towards NYC... But every so often we get some baked goods as well... These came up and we had to give them a shot... S'mores donuts... 😳.. these look really really good.. Just came in the door

Good Monday morning... Great looking day to start the month of June... So with the start of a new month.. We are rolling out a new special.. Little outside of our normal special this month... But why not give it a shot...

Smoked Prime Tri-Tip Street tacos... Made a nice rub.. Let them sit in it for a few hours.. Smoked with cherry wood... Little lettuce.. Some Pico de giyo.. Some fresh cilantro.. And a wedge of lime.. How can it not be good 🤷.. This week will be Tri tips.. Next week I'm thinking chicken...

Good Friday morning... Did you know we do some catering... Party this weekend needs...

Mac n cheese.. Broccoli salad... Potato salad.
20 pre-made burger patties... 30 Hofmann hot dogs.. Along with our meat sauce to go with it...

Other trays of food available...

Sausage peppers n onions
Ziti w/ meatballs
Mac salad.. Pasta salad...

Everything made in house.. Except hot dogs..

Meat case is stocked.. Stop in....
