One of the best parts of doing farmers markets is the people you meet along the way. ❤️ Chuck and Karen have been supporting us since my Portage Park market days, and they surprised me with a special visit to Andersonville Farmers Market for baklava and a catch-up. Totally made my day! 🥰

We’ve been busy these past two weeks creating custom orders for some truly special celebrations!

Our Baklava Pops made their way to an intimate glamping wedding in San Francisco, inspired by elegant tuxedo colors. 🤍💙🖤 We also crafted combination plates for a rehearsal dinner and a stunning large platter for an engagement party.

There is nothing sweeter than being part of your most memorable moments. We are so grateful to have our baklava featured at your weddings, parties, and celebrations. Thank you for letting us add a little sweetness to your special day! 💛

We attended our first Chicago Gourmet for the Rise & Shine event on Sunday, and it did not disappoint! ✨

I had the pleasure of meeting Devon Quinn from eden • chicago . His passion for working with local farmers and creating incredible food is truly inspiring and aligns so closely with our approach to seasonal baklava.

I also met Chef Steve Zabel Steve Zabel from Performance Foodservice_Chicago, another talented chef doing amazing work in Chicago’s food scene.

A special thank you to my brother-in-law Nick Galanis for the invitation. We had an absolute blast! 🥰
