Sunday nights at Songbird have a certain glow to them.

Our EPIC Hot Honey Fried Chicken arrives crackling and golden, lacquered in a sticky-sweet hot honey glaze, with a tall slice of herbed focaccia meant for catching every last bit.

And because we’re cooking with the season—not a script—the plate shifts week to week. The chicken stays. The sides rotate depending on what’s at its peak.

This Sunday: County Line carrots with chorizo and sherry vinegar—bright, rich, and made for that sweet heat.

A few miles down the road, Matt and Maggie from are growing what shapes our menu.

They started Sunray Farm with a simple belief: care for the soil, grow with the seasons, and the food will carry that care all the way to the table.

Every Wednesday, Chef Miller picks up the produce from Sunray Fram.. It’s a rhythm we love. By the time a dish reaches your table it’s already been part of something real—sun, soil, patience, and a partnership rooted right here in Sonoma Valley.
