šŸ’œ Relax, It’s the Weekend!

Happy Friday! You made it through the week, and before you start making that weekend to-do list, I have one question:

When was the last time you had fun without feeling like you needed to accomplish something?

Not networking.
Not cleaning.
Not catching up on work.
Not taking care of everybody else.

I mean something that made you laugh until your stomach hurt, dance like nobody was watching, or forget to check the time. šŸ˜‚šŸ’ƒšŸ¾

We talk a lot about healing, boundaries, managing stress, and regulating our emotions—and those things matter.

But do you know what else matters?

JOY.

Healing isn’t supposed to become another job.

You are allowed to enjoy your life while you’re still working on yourself. You don’t have to wait until everything is perfect, the relationship is figured out, the money is right, or every problem has been solved before you give yourself permission to be happy.

So this weekend, I want you to do something different:

Find your fun.

Call that friend who makes you laugh.
Turn the music up while you’re getting dressed.
Go somewhere you’ve been wanting to go.
Have dessert first. šŸ˜‚
Take yourself on a date.
Or stay home in your pajamas and watch something that makes you laugh.

Whatever you choose, let it be because you enjoy it—not because somebody needs something from you.

Your weekend reminder:

You are not just here to survive, heal, work, and take care of everybody. You’re here to LIVE too. šŸ¦‹āœØ

So tell me: What’s one thing you’re doing just for YOU this weekend?

Now go enjoy yourself, beautiful.

Relax… it’s the weekend! šŸ’œ

šŸ’œ Truth Thursday

Here’s a truth somebody may need today:

Not everybody who loses access to you deserves an explanation for why the door closed.

Sometimes you’ve already explained.

You explained what hurt you.
You explained what you needed.
You explained the boundary.
You explained what had to change.

And they heard you—they just didn’t believe there would ever be a consequence.

That’s where we sometimes get stuck. We keep explaining ourselves because we want the other person to finally understand.

But healing teaches you something different:

Understanding your boundary is not a requirement for respecting it.

You don’t have to argue someone into treating you well.

You don’t have to keep proving that what hurt you really hurt.

And you certainly don’t have to keep reopening a door just because somebody finally noticed it was closing.

Sometimes your next level of emotional growth sounds like:

ā€œI said what I needed to say. Now I’m going to honor what I said.ā€

That’s not being mean.

That’s not holding a grudge.

That’s self-respect with follow-through.

So here’s your Truth Thursday question:

Have you been repeating a boundary to someone who has already shown you they understand it—they just don’t want to respect it?

Think about that one. šŸ’œ

Because a boundary without follow-through eventually becomes a suggestion.

And this season?

We’re not suggesting how we deserve to be treated. šŸ¦‹

These letters are universal. They speak to the heartache, rejection, grief, and emotional chaos so many people experience but struggle to put into words.

Each letter creates a safe space for listeners to feel what they have been holding inside, express what they were never able to say, and begin processing the difficult emotions connected to love and loss.

You may not have written the letter—but when you hear it, you may realize it has been living inside you all along.

This is more than storytelling. This is a space to feel, release, heal, and finally be heard.

Welcome to Untamed, Unfiltered & Unsent—where the letters we never sent are finally given a voice.

šŸ’œ Relax, It’s the Weekend!

Happy Friday! Before you fill your weekend with errands, obligations, and everybody else’s needs, I want you to put something on your schedule:

YOU.

Not the coach.
Not the mother.
Not the friend everybody calls.
Not the woman who always has to hold everything together.

Just you.

What makes you laugh? What makes you feel alive? What have you been saying, ā€œOne day I’m going toā€¦ā€ about?

Maybe this weekend is your day.

Go somewhere new. Put on something that makes you feel beautiful. Turn your favorite music up. Buy yourself some flowers. Take yourself to lunch. Sit on the porch and do absolutely nothing without feeling guilty about it. šŸŒøšŸ’ƒšŸ½

And here’s the part I really want you to remember:

Your life is happening right now.

Don’t spend so much time healing from yesterday and worrying about tomorrow that you forget to enjoy the woman you are becoming today.

Your weekend assignment:

Do one thing that has absolutely nothing to do with being productive and everything to do with feeling good.

Then come back and tell me what you did. šŸ’œ

You’ve worked enough. You’ve worried enough. You’ve carried enough.

Now go make a memory.

Relax, it’s the weekend! šŸ¦‹āœØ
