Meet Sarah Jane Cobb, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Glasgow—or, as we like to call her, our SJ!

Simply put, Sarah Jane is the reason we are all here. From the very beginning, she had a vision for Chick-fil-A Glasgow that went far beyond serving great food. She wanted to build a restaurant known for genuinely caring for its guests, its community, and especially its team members. Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of watching that vision come to life. And as our restaurant has grown, her family has grown as well (as you can see from these photos!)

Sarah Jane’s love, attention, and care for her team are unwavering. We say all the time that we’re one giant family, and she’s a huge reason why

And don’t expect to find Sarah Jane tucked away in an office! She has absolutely no problem rolling up her sleeves and jumping right in. I’ve seen her breading chicken, working drive-thru, bagging orders, running food—you name it, SJ has probably done it. More often than not, you’ll find her right out in the dining room, connecting with team members and getting to know the guests who walk through our doors

Her dedication to making Chick-fil-A Glasgow the most trusted and caring restaurant in our community is something truly special to witness. Sarah Jane’s CARE tank always seems to be running on full. She cares deeply about her community, her restaurant, her team, and, most importantly, her family

Sarah Jane truly has a servant’s heart. She can be sunshine in human form and somehow manages to be whatever we need her to be—our Owner/Operator, leader, friend, encourager, and, occasionally, our resident therapist 😂

We love you, SJ, and we’re so thankful you brought this crazy little Chick-fil-A family together 🐔❤️

Wow, where did the time go?! It’s hard to believe it’s been almost one year since we opened our doors to serve Glasgow and our Barren County 🐮🎉

We look forward to many more years of serving you and making a positive impact in our community

There are more than 40 members of our team who are still with us one year later, and we’re going to be spotlighting them on our social media. We’ve already given shout-outs to our Senior Leadership Team, and over the course of October, we’ll be highlighting our Team Members who have been part of the Chick-fil-A Glasgow family since the very beginning ❤️

In Memory of Trooper Hayden Phillips, Unit 369

There are moments when words simply are not enough.

Trooper Hayden Phillips began his law enforcement career right here at the Glasgow Police Department in 2019. He was our Unit 37. He served our community. He worked beside us. He was our friend.

Hayden went on to serve the Commonwealth as a Kentucky State Police Trooper assigned to Post 3 in Bowling Green. No matter where his career took him, we remained proud to call him one of our own. This loss is especially personal to the men and women of our department.

Today, our hearts are broken.

We grieve alongside Hayden’s family, his loved ones, his brothers and sisters at the Kentucky State Police, and every person whose life was touched by his service and friendship.

The loss of a law enforcement officer is felt far beyond the agency whose uniform they wear. It is felt by every officer who understands the risks of answering the next call, by every family who watches someone they love leave for another shift, and by the communities they have sworn to protect.

In the difficult days ahead, we will stand beside his family and our brothers and sisters at the Kentucky State Police. We will honor Hayden not only for the sacrifice he made, but for the life he lived, the friendships he made, and the service he gave.

The badge may change.
The uniform may change.
Family does not.

Rest easy, Hayden. We’ll take it from here.

Trooper Hayden Phillips

🌟 Meet Thomas Richardson, Executive Director 🌟

Thomas has been part of the Chick-fil-A family for an incredible 21 years! ❤️🐄 He started at just 15 years old, working at his parents’ Chick-fil-A near Atlanta, Georgia, and today he is what we lovingly call our Chick-fil-A Guru!

As Executive Director of Chick-fil-A Glasgow, Thomas helps make sure our restaurant runs efficiently, our team has what they need, and our guests and community are well cared for. But his job title could honestly change by the hour: handyman, plumber, electrician, chef, tech support, and occasionally even “doctor” or “nurse.” If something needs fixing, figuring out, or getting done, chances are Thomas knows how to do it!

When he’s not at Chick-fil-A, Thomas enjoys life on his farm in Scottsville with his wife, where they recently began raising bison!

With 21 years of experience, a wealth of knowledge, and a genuine desire to care for the people around him, Thomas is an invaluable part of the Chick-fil-A Glasgow family. Thank you for all you do! ❤️

🌟 Meet Amy Morris, Director of HR & Talent 🌟

Amy joined Chick-fil-A Glasgow in August of 2025 and holds a pretty special title: the VERY first person hired for Chick-fil-A Glasgow! ❤️🐄

Starting as our Restaurant Admin, Amy helped hire our original team and prepare everyone for Opening Day. Brand new to Chick-fil-A, she jumped in ready to learn it all, and she still does! You’ll rarely find her sitting in an office. She’s usually helping in the Drive-Thru, bagging orders, serving guests, or even breading chicken 😂

Amy’s favorite part of Chick-fil-A is the people. She lovingly calls many of our team members her “kids” and loves watching them learn, grow, and succeed ❤️

Outside of work, Amy enjoys family time, photography, writing, and being creative 📸

From Employee #1 to Director of HR & Talent, Amy has been part of our story since before the doors opened and continues to pour her heart into the people who make Chick-fil-A Glasgow special ❤️

🌟 Meet Allie Lee, Director of Operations 🌟

Allie has been part of the Chick-fil-A family for nine years! ❤️🐄 She previously worked alongside our Owner/Operator, Sarah Jane, in Springfield, TN, and when Sarah made the move to Glasgow, Allie followed her to help build something special here

As our Director of Operations, Allie plays a huge role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly. You won’t find her sitting in an office all day! She’s right in the middle of operations, usually in the back of house making sure food is moving quickly, quality stays high, and our guests are taken care of. One of her favorite places to jump in is helping make those amazing chicken sandwiches we all love!

Allie has made Glasgow her home and even added an adorable kitten named Albus to her Kentucky life! 🐱⚡️ Outside of Chick-fil-A, she enjoys visiting family, watching Harry Potter, building LEGOs, and enjoying the life she’s creating here.

As we prepare to celebrate our first anniversary, we truly couldn’t imagine Chick-fil-A Glasgow without our Allie! ❤️
