A little clarification about Fun Day ❤️

We want to acknowledge something we know firsthand: we were absolutely NOT prepared for the turnout at Fun Day.

The wait times were enormous, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to get to everyone who came to support us. We know that was frustrating, and we’re genuinely sorry to anyone who waited and ended up leaving.

We’re a SMALL food vendor starting from the very bottom. We’re a mom and dad with two little kids, and yes, you’ll see our kids with us. We’re building this business while raising our family and putting everything we have into making it work.

Fun Day was kind of a perfect storm with the biggest turnout we’ve ever personally experienced, and a couple of food vendors pulling out last minute, so the demand was far beyond what we were prepared to handle. That’s on us. And we absolutely own it.

Since then, we’ve been behind the scenes researching, changing systems, figuring out what went wrong, and working on how we can do better at every pop-up.

…….. And by the way… we’re working toward something VERY exciting. 👀

To everyone who waits, comes back, buys our food, shares our posts, gives us feedback, or simply believes in what we’re building — THANK YOU!

And we WILL learn, we WILL grow, and we WILL get better as the business grows. We promise. 👏

Thank you for growing with us. 🧡🖤
