Before we get back into business this weekend I find it important to take a moment a thank .pkt for a long lived 5 years at the Ristra. She was a staple in the window, over the grill, and likely the kindest most talented person to this set foot on this food truck. She’s off to likely just dirtbike all summer then prolly crush souls at some REAL job, watch your back. Many of you relied on her to know your order exactly how you wanted it, hopefully she left me a cheat sheet. Adios Lauren!!
