What started as a friendship has turned into family.

We’re proud to reintroduce Alejandro Ceja, the driving force behind the kitchen at COVALE Coffee Project. From crafting our breakfast menu to creating custom catered experiences for private events and room rentals, Alejandro brings passion, creativity, and flavor to everything he touches.

Whether he’s serving up your morning favorite, building a menu for a special occasion, or helping us elevate the entire COVALE experience, he does it all.

We’re incredibly grateful to have him as part of the family.
