Chef Bob may have gotten a little carried away this week… and we are not mad about it! 😍
This week’s features are bringing some serious flavor to the table:
🌮 Mango Coconut Shrimp Tacos
Crispy mango-coconut fried shrimp tucked into warm corn tortillas with citrus cabbage slaw, roasted jalapeños, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and chipotle aioli. Served with fresh tortilla chips and fire-roasted salsa.
🥗 Smoked Salmon Niçoise Salad
Heirloom tomatoes, 8-minute eggs, green beans, seasoned Yukon Gold potatoes, Castelvetrano olives, cucumber, and Atlantic smoked salmon, finished with a bright herb-Dijon vinaigrette.
🍔 Crab Rangoon Burger
A 1/3 lb house-ground beef patty topped with our house-made crab rangoon filling, sweet pepper slaw, crispy wonton chips, and sweet Thai chili sauce.
