It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the sudden … Ana Brandolini needs your support for Support for the Brandolini family after devastating loss

10/10/2026

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the devastating loss of our Executive Chef, dear friend, and beloved member of our restaurant family, Billy Brandolini.

Billy was so much more than the Executive Chef of Sawyer’s, The Lunchbox, and Jamison’s. He was the heart behind so much of what we do, a leader, a friend, and someone who became family to all of us.

His passion, dedication, and love for what he did helped shape our restaurants into what they are today. But beyond his talent in the kitchen, it was the person he was and the relationships he built that made him truly irreplaceable.

There are no words to describe the heartbreak of losing someone who meant so much to our family and our teams. His absence will be felt in every kitchen, by every person who had the privilege of working alongside him, and throughout the communities he touched.

During this incredibly difficult time, we ask that you please keep Billy’s family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. Rest peacefully Billy ❤️ We love you so much.
