🚨Menu Update🚨

When we started the foodtruck back in 2023, the concept was to bring true Italian-American fusion to the mobile scene.

Now, after over a year of partnership with our crew at Sunset Hill Brewing Company, we decided to gently shift the concept.

While keeping the favorites you all know and love on the regular menu, the name “Mangia” will now represent the time to eat from various cultures, not just Italian American.

With Hoelen’s creativity and the many concepts we’ve thrown around the last couple years, we will be rotating specials from all over the world such as Taco Thursday’s, Bahn-Mis this weekend(while supplies last), and many others to come. Of course, Brett and the Sunset crew will be brewing and mixing up drink pairings as we go along. We hope you guys enjoy this slight shift and we appreciate all the feedback both positive and negative.
