Our family-owned restaurants, located in both Gilbert and Mesa, have been serving authentic dishes inspired by the heritage of Baja California. The connection of Rancho de Tia Rosa, to Mexico is a long-standing one. A family established and owned restaurant, this connection became the foundation of the recipes and ambiance years later in 1990 when the doors first opened. It became renowned for serving the best and most innovative Mexican food in an authentic, colorful atmosphere. The extraordinary three-year process revealed the creation of a traditional Mexican hacienda through which hundreds of thousands of patrons have passed.
