Earlier this year, Tim Vasquez traveled to Jalisco, Mexico to help select our Signature Tequila. From visiting the agave fields to tasting alongside the distillers, every detail was chosen with intention to create something truly special for Isabel’s Amor and our community.

This is your last weekend to enjoy our Signature Tequila Drinks before they leave the menu and last chance to vote for your favorite to end up on our permanent menu.

“There are a lot of people out there who had a bad experience drinking bad tequila when they were in high school or college,” Tim Vasquez said with a chuckle.

“A lot of us have done that. So, they hear the word ‘tequila,’ or they see it being poured, and they get scared. What they don’t understand is that drinking 100% agave tequila is so delicious."

Isabel’s Amor debuts a signature reposado tequila, blending handcrafted flavor, family tradition and authentic Jalisco craftsmanship.

Our Spring Cocktail lineup just dropped.

🌺 Hibiscus Blossom Margarita – Mijenta Silver tequila, hibiscus, lime & orange liqueur with a ground hibiscus rim.

🫐 Blackberry Ginger Mule – LALO tequila, blackberry liqueur, lime & ginger beer served in the most beautiful mug sourced from Mexico.

🍊 Rosemary Orange Paloma – Siete Leguas tequila, grapefruit liqueur, citrus & Jarritos served in a cantarito with a fresh spring of rosemary.

🔥 Oaxaca Old Fashioned – Casa Noble Reposado tequila & Los Javis mezcal with agave + bitters.
