Story time! 😆

I’m on fall break, two weeks off from work and last Sunday I was in the kitchen when I threw out my lower back. I felt it slip, a jolt of pain and I knew I had to go lay down. My wife took an early flight the next morning for a trip she was looking forward to and I well… I laid in bed for the next few days trying to recover. Grateful for my three boys, mostly my oldest who took care of us all while I was out.

Great way to start my fall break. I honestly did not think I’d be up to baking anything this week. But if you know me, by Thursday I was done laying around and relaxing. That’s hard to do I guess. 😂

So I’m up and back in the kitchen. My back is feeling better. I’ve been trying to take more breaks and not push myself too hard. Saturday’s bake-stand will be open! After all it is my favorite season. 🍁🎃🍁

Hello my friends!

It’s been awhile. Can’t believe we are wrapping up our first quarter of school and getting ready to go onto Fall Break next week. With all this rain we’re getting here in Arizona, and the first of October is only days away. I can feel fall in the air! 🍂🍁🍂

You know what that means, my favorite time of year! Time to get out the recipes, start up the oven and open the bake stand again for all the holiday seasons coming up!

I’m doing it! Let’s roll that bake stand out this Saturday with nothing but cinnamon rolls!!!

Currently 83°, mostly cloudy. We had a little light rain but everything has stayed dry!🙏🏻
