As Copper Social Catering + Hospitality begins this exciting new chapter, we are proud to introduce the woman leading our team into the future.

Beth's journey with the company has been built on years of dedication, passion, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for clients throughout Arizona. Having worked alongside the talented culinary professionals, event experts, and hospitality team that have helped build our reputation, she understands firsthand the values that have made our company successful.

When founder Brett announced his retirement, Beth embraced the opportunity to continue the legacy that so many clients have come to trust.

Her vision for Copper Social is simple:

Today, we are proud to introduce Copper Social Catering + Hospitality.

While our name may be new, our story is built on a foundation of experience, relationships, and hospitality that Arizona clients have trusted for years.

Formerly known as Straight to the Plate Catering, our talented team has proudly served businesses, organizations, couples, families, and communities throughout Arizona by creating memorable culinary experiences and delivering exceptional service.

As founder Brett enters a well-earned retirement, ownership transitions to Beth Pedersen, a longtime member of the company who is honored to continue leading the incredible team, culinary professionals, and event experts who have helped build our reputation throughout the Valley.
