Monday through Friday we will now be open all day. That is right! From 6:30am, after our 5:30am workout class, until 6pm, just in time to grab your pre-workout for the evening fitness classes!

Today is Christi’s last Saturday with us before she heads off to Boston for her mission trip ❤️

Stop by the Five 4 today to help support her fundraiser and send her off with lots of love, prayers, and encouragement before this exciting new chapter begins.

Wednesday will officially be her last shift with us before she leaves, and we are definitely going to miss her around here! 🥹
