We have 12 specialty burgers each named for a Union or Confederate General and around 30 wing sauces/rubs that have Civil War staple names. We also have a blend of northern and southern cuisine from crab cakes to Carolina-style pulled pork. In addition, we have held on to some local Greek favorites from the original restaurant at this address, The Plaza Restaurant. We will have a sports-bar feel;

we will show all the NFL games along with several other sports and serve some elevated bar essentials: wings, burgers, etc.
