Desert Aire is looking to hire a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Coordinator to support our Engineering team by creating, organizing, and maintaining the documentation that drives our manufacturing process. What You’ll Do
• Create and update engineering documentation and technical drawings using SolidWorks.
• Maintain bills of material (BOMs), engineering files, and manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with revisions to product documentation based on engineering and production feedback.
• Process engineering documentation changes and maintain accurate records.
• Generate and maintain ERP data to support manufacturing accuracy.
• Coordinate documentation releases with Engineering, Production, and Planning teams.
• Organize engineering files and maintain project tracking information.
• Support production by researching documentation questions and assisting with updates.
• Participate in document reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, CAD Technology, Mechanical Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred; training available for the right candidate).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn refrigeration systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating or updating technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for keeping information organized and accurate.
