Here’s a little behind the scenes at La Vaquerita Creamery 🤠🍦

This is what made from scratch looks like. True artisanal ice cream.

We start by making our own ice cream mix with milk, cream, sugar, and carefully selected ingredients. Then, for our Mexican Vanilla, we scrape real vanilla beans by hand and add them straight into our freshly made mix.

Every pour. Every vanilla bean. Every batch. Made right here deep in the heart of Georgetown, TX.

No pre-made ice cream mix — just handcrafted ice cream made with real ingredients, lots of love, and mucho orgullo. 🤠

Next time you see those tiny vanilla bean specks in your scoop… now you know where they came from.

This was my reality.

I had spent years saving for this dream. Years of discipline, sacrifice, and telling myself that one day I would finally open the doors to La Vaquerita Creamery.

And when that day came, I was pouring every penny I had saved into it. Of course I was scared. What if no one comes? What if I don’t sell anything? What if this doesn’t work?

But I trusted. I trusted God, I trusted the dream He placed in my heart, and I kept going.

And then you showed up.

You trusted me enough to walk through my doors and try the ice cream I make with so much love. Every recipe, every flavor, and every ingredient is thoughtfully selected by me because I want to serve you something I am truly proud of.

Because of people like YOU, this little dream continues to grow.

Thank you for every visit, every scoop, every paleta, every share, every recommendation, and every person you’ve brought through our doors.

What once was “¿Y si no vendo nada?” became a reminder:
