Yesterday we were told that "it's all over town" that Mr. Randy has lung cancer. Not true. He is fine and will be dipping ice cream on Front Street for many years to come and will also be sitting in a stadium in 2028 watching Melissa Jefferson-Wooden win some more Gold Medals. He did have some health issues recently but he is on his way to a full fecovery, Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Now please come down to Front Street and buy some ice cream and Foot Long Hot Dogs. Open 11-9 Daily and Sunday 1-7

I want to give a shout-out to Patience Gamble at Gamble Insurance here in Georgetown for helping me navigate Medicare. I know it is incredibly hard to believe that I am old enough and this was a big step for me! I truly appreciate her kindness, honesty and willingness to take the time to answer all my questions. Melissa did exactly as predicted. I'm not sure how many people truly comprehend what this girl from Dunbar is doing on the world stage. She is not just winning. She is setting records and doing it with class. She is the undisputed Sprint Queen! We love you Melissa!

She did it again!!!! Melissa just won the Ultimate 100 m race but the big deal we have been waiting on is tomorrow when she races against Gabby Thomas in the 200. This girl is on FIRE! Congrats to our friend!!!!!
