Our Polly’s Freeze family lost a great man this weekend. To know Paul was to love him. Under that gruff exterior was a sweet soul that took great care of his “Polly Girls.” He taught us all a great work ethic, the importance of customer service and an appreciation for the Golden Oldies. He always made sure the parking lot was safe for us to walk out at night and promised to run off any young man that might be waiting. And every night it brought us great joy to hear him exclaim “flip the bird” when we turned the neon off. We hope heaven is filled with vanilla ice cream and Diet Coke. Those of us that were lucky enough to work for him will always remember those days fondly.
