For us, that means tasting the wines first, learning their story, and thoughtfully pairing each one with dishes that bring out the very best in every sip. It’s one of our favorite parts of the creative process, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on for our upcoming Wine & Food Pairing Dinner at Up North Winery.

This mother-daughter-owned wine shop is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and discover incredible wines sourced from Michigan. What makes them special is that they personally travel to the wineries, meet the owners, and hand-select the bottles you’ll find in their shop.
